Accompany your prospect to our on-site sales offices for registration; this will protect your firm for a period of 60 days.
We prefer your presence at the signing of the contract of sale.
We cannot control a prospect's preference for agents or brokers. Should a prospect visit or be preregistered at one our communities with more than one co-op agent, we will consider the agent who brings the prospect to the signing ofthe contract of sale to be the "procuring cause" of the sale. Any promotions will be awared to the procuring cause agent.
